When thinking of timing it's important to remember that completely exiting your business is a 18-24 month event. You can assume it will take 9-12 months to sell, and then you'll need to stay around for another 9-12 months to help the new owner transition.

The purpose of this meeting is to help you gain clarity on how I help you get your business sold. I'm not there to list your business for sale. I'm not there asking for a twelve month commitment. I'm simply there to help you gain an understanding if you even want to sell your business or not. I can't help you decide when the right time to sell is, but I can show you how I help when the time is right.
